Private pay is accepted and sliding-fee scale applications are available upon request. Do not hesitate to ask!

Benefits Verification

At Nutrition-Focused Health, we strive to be as transparent as possible about payment.
We will verify all our client's insurance benefits so you don't have to! This allows us to know if your visits will be covered or not. If you want to verify yourself or have questions on what to ask your insurance company when verifying benefits, please email erica@nutritionfocusedhealth.com. Take note that verifying benefits does not guarantee insurance coverage for nutrition services.
Please direct any questions regarding insurance coverage of services back to your insurance provider.

Payment Accepted

Cash, check, credit cards, HSA, and FSA are all accepted. Payment is expected at the time of services for self-pay clients. If you are using insurance, payment will be expected once the Explanation of Benefits is issued from your insurance company.
